How do I pay rent?

Rent is paid through the tenant portal, which was set up for you during move-in.

What if I can’t pay rent?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments will incur late fees, and a three-day notice to pay or quit will be issued if rent is not received on time.
What should I do if I get a new pet?
Before bringing a pet into the unit, it must be approved by management. Contact the office for further information and to begin the approval process.
I want someone to move in with me. What should I do?
This depends on the unit. Contact the office to discuss the situation. The person you wish to move in with must apply and be approved before they can reside in the unit if 18 years or older.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
If one tenant wants to move out and the other wants to stay, contact the office to discuss options. The lease must be adjusted, and both parties will be informed of the next steps.
Can I paint or make changes to the property?

You must get written permission from property management before painting or making any changes to the property.

Who is responsible for making and paying for repairs to the property?
The landlord is responsible for maintaining the premises. However, if the tenant causes damage, the tenant will be responsible for covering the repair costs.
How can I renew my lease?
Property management will contact you before your lease term ends. If you wish to renew, a new lease will be sent for you to sign.
My lease is ending soon, and I want to move out. What should I do?

I need to move out before my lease end date. Can I?

Yes, but this is considered an early termination. Please see the Move-Out page for more information.

Can I use my security deposit to cover my rent for last month?

No, the security deposit cannot be used for last month’s rent.
