- Rent Due Date: Rent is due on the 1st of each month, without exception. Timely payment ensures you stay in good standing and avoid late fees.
- Late Fees: If rent is not received by the 1st, a late fee of $50 will be applied. An additional fee of $10 will be charged for each day the rent remains unpaid.
- Payment Method: Tenants must make all payments through our software, Appfolio. Please note that AppFolio charges a processing fee of $2.49 for each payment, which we understand can be frustrating, but it ensures secure and efficient handling of your rent.
- NSF Fee: If a payment is returned due to insufficient funds (NSF), a $30 fee will be charged. Please ensure your account has sufficient funds to avoid this additional charge.
