No, we cannot hold a home or unit. You will need to proceed with the leasing process to secure it.
How long does it take to approve my application?
Once all required documents have been collected, we will process your application within 24 hours during regular business hours.
Is my security deposit refundable?
Yes, your security deposit is refundable, provided the unit is left in rent-ready condition, no damage occurred in the unit, and any outstanding balances are paid.
What if I can’t qualify for the unit or home on my own?
Co-signers may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
What is included in the rent?
Rent covers the cost of the unit only. Utilities and fees are billed separately.
What are the lease terms?
We offer standard 12-month leases.
Can I have a pet?

Once approved, a member of our leasing team will contact you to guide you through the next steps of securing the unit.
How do I get my keys?
Before receiving your keys, you must transfer all utilities into your name and provide proof of renter’s insurance. We offer a convenient contactless move-in. A code box will be left at the property, and you will be provided with the code, allowing you to move in at your convenience, including weekends. This streamlined process ensures flexibility while keeping everything secure.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent is paid through our online software system. A tenant portal will be created for you at move-in.
Do I have to get renter's insurance?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required.
Can I paint the walls, hang pictures, or modify the unit?
Written permission from property management is required for painting or making any modifications to the unit. Hanging pictures is allowed, but you are responsible for repairing and patching any damage to the walls.
